Every Perfect Pass account comes with advanced and very useful statistical reporting functionality. Using Fathom SEO's analytic integration technology we can tell you how many leads were generated from an email campaign and exactly how the leads were generated.

For example, a person clicked on a link about purchasing office space they then went to the office space web site and read about a 15,000 square foot office space, then clicked on a link to get the pricing information for that office space, then clicked on a link about at 8,000 square foot office space and downloaded its pricing information. Lastly, they clicked on the contact form and submitted a request to have a sales person call them. This information can be useful to a sales person in that he can know that the person is probably interested in a 15,000 square foot office space but the published pricing was probably a bit high for them to stomach.

We can also give you some tracking information that can dramatically increase sales. When an email campaign is being setup we will setup the Perfect Pass system to track each web page that is being promoted within the outgoing email message. All of the clicks will then be tracked on the macro level giving us overall percentages and unique and total click counts per link. In addition, every email sent will be tracked on the individual level so that we know the activity and interests of each unique recipient, simply by monitoring their behavior open and clicking behavior. This data can then be tremendously useful by a sales force when doing traditional phone sales because the sales force knows what a person is and is not interested in before they even talk to a sales lead. Furthermore, all of this data can be used to segment your subscribers, customers, and potential customers into various interest groups and this data can be used to dramatically increase sales from future email marketing, online, and offline promotions.
