ROI and SEO: Marketers Confidence Grows
By Mike Murray | February 3, 2007
It looks like advertisers are putting more stock in search engine optimization (SEO) as a good source of ROI.
Compared to other forms of marketing, 45% of advertisers say SEO brings the best ROI, according to the MarketingSherpa’s 4th Annual ad:tech attendee study. That’s up from 33% last year.
Paid advertising (49%) and e-mail (in-house list) marketing (47%) outpace SEO, but confidence is either dropping or remaining the same.
SEO can deliver - if it’s done right.
