Scot Lowry

Scot Lowry joined Fathom SEO in 2007 as Fathom's Executive VP and CFO. He became Chief Operating Officer of Fathom SEO in January 2009. Scot is also the President and a Principal of PromiseONE, LLC, a Beachwood, Ohio-based private equity company whose partnership with Fathom coincided with his arrival. Prior to PromiseONE, Scot gained financial and operations management experience with diverse service organizations including real-estate development, construction management and health care information systems businesses. His experience is with companies ranging in size from start-ups to $100+ million private companies. Scot is a graduate of the University of Florida and the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University (MBA).

Kevin Shaw
Chairman

Kevin Shaw

Kevin Shaw became Chairman of Fathom SEO in 2007. Kevin is also co-founder of PromiseONE and owner of Thunderbay Enterprises (TBE), a firm which invests in private companies. Prior to forming TBE and PromiseONE, Kevin served as President/CEO of NCS Healthcare, a publicly traded institutional pharmacy. He co-founded NCS in 1986, led its public offering and ran the company until its sale in 2003. At NCS, Kevin acquired in excess of 50 companies. Prior to NCS, he was employed by McKinsey & Company and Owens Corning Fiberglass. He serves on the board of Erie Plastics, Federal Process Company, and several private companies. Kevin is a graduate of Harvard College and Stanford Graduate School of Business (MBA).

Tracie Roberts
VP SEO and Video Marketing

Tracie Roberts

Tracie has been with Fathom SEO since it was founded by Bill Fox. She is a 12+ year veteran in the Internet industry. Tracie has extensive operations and client relationship management experience related to website development and all facets of online marketing. Tracie was responsible for implementing the foundation of Fathom SEO's disciplined approach to delivering online marketing services that has allowed Fathom SEO to become an industry leader. Her team handles more than 150 clients, including Eaton Corp., Cleveland Clinic, Bissell, Kent State University and Career Education Corp.

Dan Martello
VP - SEM Business Development

Dan Martello

Dan originally joined Fathom SEO in 2001 as a Business Development Manager. In 2006 he transitioned into the role of Vice President - SEM Business Development. Dan was instrumental in the early development of Fathom SEO's online marketing programs and was co-inventor of Fathom SEO's flagship organic search marketing product, SERV. Dan currently oversees the national sales team while developing new business opportunities and strategic partner programs for Fathom SEO.

Dan brings to the organization more than 20 years of sales, management and marketing experience in the consumer products and commercial supply markets. His diverse background allows Dan to identify the marketing objectives of Fathom SEO clients, typically sales and marketing professionals themselves who have line responsibility for sales revenue. Helping identify sales cycles, cost-per-lead objectives, average deal size and overall cost per advertising spend is key to helping Fathom SEO achieve objectives on behalf of its clients.

Dan received his BSBA Degree from Bowling Green State University. In his spare time, Dan enjoys coaching rugby at St. Edward High School in Lakewood, Ohio, and also coaching CYO football for St Bernadette's parish in Westlake, Ohio.

Joe Soltis
VP Paid and Email Marketing

Joe Soltis

Joe Soltis has been an Internet marketer since 1997. He owned several businesses in the Web design and marketing field, and discount medical benefits and credit card processing industries, all of which received 90% of their new clients through successful Internet marketing campaigns. In 2005, he moved to Fathom SEO to be part of yet another entrepreneurial company. He and his staff have successfully run the Internet marketing campaigns of more than 175 companies.

With an emphasis on Internet marketing best practices through rigorous A/B testing and market research, Joe guides the best practices and marketing strategies of many companies in a variety of industries. His focus and passion is driving results and revenue for all clients and companies he works with.

Joe Soltis' works have often been published in a series of videos and white papers on email marketing best practices, pay-per-click best practices, and several industry-specific Internet marketing guides on higher education and healthcare. He has been invited to speak at several conferences.

Joe is a graduate of The Ohio State University. He lives with his wife, Becky, and their two children in suburban Cleveland.
